We rely on the following legal bases to collect and use this information:
1 Contract – For internal record keeping that is necessary to perform a Contract as well as pre-contractual steps such as providing you with information about our products or to give you an estimate, which will be kept as long as you wish to remain a customer and we need the information to maintain our internal records, and for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal requirement to keep records of business transactions and any other legal and regulatory obligations. We may also be required to retain information to resolve disputes or to enforce agreements.
We may if necessary to perform the contract, pass you name and street address to a trusted third party supplier of delivery services such as Royal Mail and the Post Office or to a courier company, to either send you your products or to send you items to help you make your purchase such as swatches of fabric, samples of haberdashery, or designs and/or leaflets about our products, and only to enable the supplier to perform these services.

2 Consent From time to time we would like to contact you by e-mail with details of Anne Fontenoy’s products, her art craft and fashion shows as well as any changes to her practice.

E-mail sent to email@example.com is not processed nor stored by names.co.uk but forwarded by them over an encrypted Secure Socket Layer to our gmail account.
All e-mail received by, or sent to or from firstname.lastname@example.org, and any business data stored by us in Google cloud services is stored or transferred using a secure encrypted service protected by Google business data privacy Google are certified by Privacy Shield to protect personal data if it is transferred by them outside of the EEA.
Some of your data is stored on our in-house encrypted and secure computer although many of our records are hand written and recorded on paper and kept in secure storage.

We also use Barclaycard Anywhere to accept face to face debit and credit card payments for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay and Visa Electron, and Barclaycard process the transaction on our behalf so we do not have access to your card details.
